We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or certain holidays. In general, please allow 2-3 business days for processing time. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We work very hard to be quick and efficient in our shipping procedures, please allow for additional days in transit for delivery if extraordinary circumstances occur. In the case that there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

SHIPPING RATES, DELIVERY ESTIMATE, METHODS
Naturelle offers free standard shipping to delivery addresses within the continental United States. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada require a shipping fee. Our shipping rates vary due to location. We provide you with the applicable shipping rate in the checkout process before placing your order. Currently, we do not ship to other US Territories or other countries. We use USPS as our preferred shipping method.
We stand behind the quality of our products and want to make sure our customers are absolutely satisfied. Your satisfaction with our products is completely guaranteed for a full 60 days from your date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your product(s) within 60 days of purchase, simply write a brief explanation of your experience with the product(s) you purchased. Please send the email to: [email protected] and write "Refund Request" in the subject line. We will then activate a claim to issue you a full refund. Please note: Customer is responsible for shipping product(s) back to Naturelle. Refunds may take up to 30 days from the time product(s) are received back to the Naturelle distribution center.
